New technologies as well as new operational and commercial practices are making their way to LNG and LPG shipping.
INTERTANKO, through its Gas Tanker Committee, is dealing with gas transportation topics and issues related to:
- Gas tanker operations and ensuring safe operations.
- Legal/documentary assistance. The GTC is in constant communication with the documentary and legal committee to provide industry guidance covering issues faced by the LPG and LNG industry, both commercially and operationally.
- Commercial. Knowledge gained from the Commercial and Markets Committee enables INTERTANKO to support its membership in all aspects of the shipping chain, including sustainability.
