Port State Control Annual Report 2025

INTERTANKO compiles data from three Port State Control (PSC) Regional Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) – the Paris MoU, the Tokyo MoU, and the US Coast Guard (USCG), which collectively carry out a significant proportion of PSC inspections worldwide.
The dataset covers tanker deficiencies and detentions for member States of the Tokyo and Paris MoUs, while only detention data is available from the USCG.
